- Coordinate COA preparation for outgoing products in accordance with approved procedures.
- Ensure incoming and outgoing inspections are carried out according to established quality requirements.
- Maintain ISO and departmental documentation under the QA Section.
- Monitor test data, update SPC charts, and review incoming quality results for accuracy.
- Review and verify test records, SPC updates, and COAs prepared by QA Technicians.
- Provide on-the-job training and practical guidance to QA Technicians.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve daily operational issues.
- Participate in risk assessments and FMEA activities within the QA Section.
- Assist the QA Engineer with customer inquiries and complaint investigations.
- Support external provider management, audits, and other QA activities.
