- Manage BIM implementation, standards, workflows and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP), modelling standards, procedures and information management processes.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models, including architectural, structural and MEP disciplines, and conduct clash detection and resolution.
- Ensure the accuracy, quality, compliance and timely submission of BIM models and deliverables.
- Coordinate BIM activities with consultants, contractors, engineers, site teams and other project stakeholders.
- Lead BIM coordination meetings and monitor outstanding coordination matters through to resolution.
- Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE), model federation, information exchanges and document control.
- Provide technical guidance, training and support to BIM personnel and project teams.
- Ensure BIM processes align with project requirements, applicable Singapore BIM standards and relevant BCA requirements.
- Troubleshoot BIM-related issues and support the effective use of BIM for construction planning, coordination and project delivery.
- Prepare BIM coordination reports and maintain relevant project documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in BIM, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, MEP Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant BIM experience .
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and other relevant BIM software.
