Sales Engineer

- Provide sales and technical assistance to Customer, including product setup, operation, troubleshooting, and simulation drawing assistance.
- Build new clientele base while responsible for existing account.
- Perform product maintenance and continuously monitor product performance.
- Collect data related to product performance , defects, yield rates, and other technical concerns.
- Obtain customer feedback , including requirements, opinions, complaints, and other comments regarding product performance or operation.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related technical disciplines.
- Training will be provided for those without/with lesser experience.
