- Duration: 18-24 months contract
Job Responsibilities
- Process new customer orders and order amendments within established service level agreements (SLAs) using the SAP S/4HANA Order Management system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvement initiatives, including process standardisation, automation, and digital transformation projects leveraging AI and RPA technologies.
- Develop a strong understanding of pricing structures and business rules to perform preliminary pricing analysis and support the resolution of pricing discrepancies in partnership with Sales, Account Managers, and Pricing teams.
- Create, maintain, and update customer master data and related system parameters within SAP.
- Proactively manage and resolve order holds to ensure timely order fulfilment, meet customer delivery expectations, and support business revenue objectives.
- Investigate and identify order-related data discrepancies across systems, conduct preliminary root cause analysis, and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders and IT teams when necessary.
- Utilise reports and dashboards to monitor order processing activities and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
- Work closely with regional Order Management teams supporting customers across North America, Asia, and Europe to ensure seamless order fulfilment and service delivery.
- Support ad hoc operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA Order Management will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage transactional processes with a high degree of accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and regions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and adopt new technologies, including AI and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
