Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end processing of new and renewed accounts, including quotation, binding and policy issuance.
- Process reinsurance premiums, commissions and tax bookings accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate with Underwriting, Middle Office, Shared Services and Credit Control to ensure smooth account implementation and premium collection.
- Handle policy endorsements, certificates of insurance, client/broker enquiries and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate system records and ensure compliance with internal procedures and processing guidelines.
- Prepare regular reports on policy issuance progress and outstanding issues.
- Support process improvement projects, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and the training and onboarding of new team members.
Requirements:
- Min. 2 years of experience in commercial insurance/reinsurance
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, particularly Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
- Good attention to detail, with strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
