Job Description

- Working Location: Jurong West
- Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (8am – 5.00pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + Variable Bonus + Transport Allowance
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily IT operations and ensure stable system performance.
- Troubleshoot IT issues, identify root causes, and implement preventive solutions.
- Propose and implement IT solutions to address business needs.
- Manage IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, security, and cloud systems.
- Develop and enforce IT security policies to prevent cyber threats and data breaches.
- Ensure compliance with HQ IT and security standards.
- Manage identity and access controls, including mobile authentication.
- Oversee business systems, especially ERP and productivity tools.
- Lead system development and improvement projects from planning to post-implementation support.
- Manage external vendors to ensure quality, cost control, and timely delivery.
- Support digital transformation initiatives with local and global teams.
- Promote effective use of Microsoft 365 and develop internal applications using M365 tools.
- Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.

- Minimum Diploma in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of IT leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and enterprise systems.
- Experienced in IT solution design and operations management.
- Familiar with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle).
- Experience with Microsoft 365 app development (Power Platform, Power Apps).
- Proven vendor management experience.
- Experience leading system implementation projects.
