Description
Moyuan Culture Education is looking for a dedicated Chinese Language Teacher to join our Chinese Language department in Singapore. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to foster a deep appreciation for the Chinese language and culture among our students.
As a Chinese Language Teacher, you will develop engaging lesson plans, conduct classes, and assess student progress. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our students, encouraging them to achieve language proficiency while embracing cultural nuances.
We offer a competitive salary range of SGD 2,500 - SGD 3,500 monthly, along with professional development opportunities and a supportive working environment.
MUST be Singaporean or PR as we DO NOT have any available vacancies for SP/WP/EP
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans for various proficiency levels
- Conduct engaging classroom activities that promote language acquisition
- Assess and evaluate student progress regularly
- Provide feedback and support to students to enhance their learning experience
- Encourage cultural awareness and appreciation among students
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve curriculum and teaching practices
- Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to school activities
- Stay updated on advancements in language teaching methodologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Chinese as a second language
- Strong proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, both spoken and written
- Candidate with English proficiency is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans
- Experience with various teaching methodologies
- Passion for fostering student growth and cultural understanding
- Strong organisational and time management skills

任职要求
- 教育学、语言学或相关领域学士学位
- 至少 2 年对外汉语教学经验
- 精通普通话，听说读写能力强
- 出色的沟通与人际交往能力
- 具备制定引人入胜且高效教学计划的能力
- 熟悉多种教学方法论
- 对促进学生成长和跨文化理解充满热情
- 具备强大的组织能力和时间管理能力
- 具备英语能力者优先
