Permanent role + VB (up to 4 months) + 14 AL + Yearly Company Trips
Responsibilities
- Provided daily IT support and resolved hardware, software, and network issues for end users.
- Installed, configured, and maintained desktops, laptops, printers, and IT equipment.
- Managed servers, performed system updates, and monitored system health.
- Configured and supported network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, switches, and connectivity.
- Administered Microsoft 365, including user accounts, email setup, and access management.
- Coordinated with vendors for IT procurement, technical support, and issue resolution.
- Supported cybersecurity operations, including antivirus management, monitoring, and policy compliance.
- Maintained IT documentation, standard operating procedures, and asset inventories.
- Managed Active Directory (AD), including user account administration and file/folder permissions.
- Provided technical troubleshooting and user support to ensure system availability and performance.
- Liaise with vendors for IT-related support and services.
Requirements
- Min 1 year of experience in end user support.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VPNs, switches, and firewalls.
