We are looking for a candidate who can support our daily operations, design simple posters using Canva, and assist with social media posting and basic content creation
Job Scope
- Assist with student recruitment
- Handle enquiries via WhatsApp and student registrations
- Design simple posters and leaflets when needed
- Assist with social media posting and content updates
- Perform general administrative duties, such as preparing teachers' materials and photocopying worksheets
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Higher qualification
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese to liaise with English- and Chinese-speaking parents
- Basic Canva skills
Working Hours
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 4:00pm-9:00pm
- Saturday: 10:00am-2:00pm / 12.00pm-4:00pm
- Flexible, based on an agreed schedule
