Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Manager to support day-to-day operations, team supervision, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in team leadership, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination, with strong communication and decision-making skills. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational efficiency and delivering high performance across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring departmental activities to achieve business goals.
Support senior management in strategic decision-making and operational execution.
Oversee a team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
Monitor KPIs and generate reports for performance analysis and improvement.
Identify process gaps and recommend efficiency-enhancing solutions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless workflow and service delivery.
Address customer/client escalations and ensure timely resolutions.
Contribute to budgeting, resource planning, and cost control activities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor insights.
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
Prior experience in multinational or multicultural work environments is preferred.
