An L3 Expert has a wide spectrum of responsibilities and actions.
As an L3 of his/her team, he/she :
. Minimum 8-10 years of experience of OpenText tools'Operations Bridge Suite', including the OMi, Sitescope, NNM, OA etc
. Develop various types monitoringpolicies using Perl, Visual Basic scripts.
. Expertise in languageslike Perl, Python, PowerShell.
. Creating the customdashboards as per the user needs.
. Customize the existingmonitoring policies and alerts as per user needs.
. Plan and execute theRFC related with monitoring deployments.
. Develop agentlessmonitoring policies in Sitescope.
. Upgrade and maintainthe monitoring tools and its integrations.
. Setup and fine tune themonitoring of monitoring.
. Trouble shoot and fixthe incidents created for monitoring within SLA.
. Execute the requestreceived for the monitoring within SLA.
. Participate on the'Problem Solving Sessions' and should provide solutions to mitigate theincidents proactively.
. Identify the areaswhere the operations can be automated and implement the same.
. Identify the areaswhere auto remediation can be done and implement the same.
. Guide and help L2engineers for executing their tasks/incident.
. Attend the daily andweekly meeting regularly.

. Workinghours will match Europe business hours
. On-call support will be expected on a rotational basis
Candidate profile
Mandatorytrack record
- Minimum 8-15 years of experience in Container as Service with about 2-3 years of experience in financial institutes
- Must be a bachelors/engineering graduate
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and logical skills
- Customer service oriented and a strong team player
- Ability to work under pressure and a commitment to solving issues
- French language proficiency would be seen as an advantage due to the nature of the Job.
