Job Responsibilities
- Provide front counter reception and attend to patient enquiries
- Perform accurate clinical data entry
- Coordinate appointments and maintain filing records
- Liaise with insurance companies and assist with payment arrangements
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Relevant healthcare, hospitality, customer service or administrative experience is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Well-organised and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
