Job Description
- Process client requests and transactions accurately, ensuring adherence to internal procedures and service standards.
- Act as an initial contact point for client enquiries and support relationship-building activities.
- Assist with client reviews, account maintenance, and ongoing client servicing initiatives.
- Support Relationship Managers with meeting preparation, research, sales support, and client pipeline management.
- Coordinate transaction settlements and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of client instructions.
- Prepare client correspondence, account opening documentation, reports, and credit-related documentation.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, KYC standards, due diligence procedures, and internal risk controls.
The Successful Applicant
- Previous experience within private banking, wealth management, retail banking, or financial services support functions.
- Strong administrative and client servicing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Understanding of banking operations, account opening processes, KYC, and compliance requirements is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general banking systems.
