Job Description:
Conducts lipid assessments and supports personalized care plans.
Coordinates patient care, follow-ups, and documentation.
Provides education and counselling on lipid disorders.
Leads initiatives and supports multidisciplinary teams.
Supports registries, testing, and quality care outcomes.
Job Requirement:
Possess a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Nursing or equivalent
Must be certified in Lipidology
Must have completed Genetic Counselling Course
Minimum 3 years' acute care experience with regulatory knowledge
Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
Independent, proactive, and able to manage tasks effectively
Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
