Job Description
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise project activities from initiation to completion.
- Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring alignment with design drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to resolve site-driven changes.
- Prepare estimates, manage procurement, and monitor project expenses.
- Implement workplace safety programs in line with MOM and OSHA standards.
- Conduct inspections, enforce standards, and manage corrective actions.
- Provide engineering solutions for technical challenges like shoring, sequencing, or concrete logistics. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Minimum of 4 years in engineering role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset
