RESIDENT TECHNICAL OFFICER (M&E)

LANDSPECT SG PTE. LTD.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure the proper execution of M&E installations in compliance with approved design drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate on-site activities to maintain construction safety and adherence to project requirements.
- Verify that all installation methods and materials align with consultant and client approvals.
- Liaise with contractors to resolve site installation issues and ensure smooth workflow coordination.
- Witness and validate mechanical system testing and submit detailed reports to the Consultant on test results and work progress.
- Perform additional project-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and registered with IES as a Resident Technical Officer (M&E).
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on site supervision experience as RTO.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Project software for reporting and progress updates.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with contractors and stakeholders.
- HDB, CAG & DSTA experience will be an advantage.
