Responsibilities:
Project Scheduling:- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
- Establish baseline schedules and monitor progress against these benchmarks.
Resource Management:
- Coordinate with project managers to determine resource requirements and ensure optimal allocation.
- Analyze resource usage and make recommendations for adjustments to meet project goals.
Progress Monitoring:
- Track project progress and report on key milestones, delays, and resource utilization.
- Conduct regular site visits to gather data and assess the progress of construction activities.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and delays in the project timeline, proposing solutions and mitigation strategies.
- Conduct impact analysis for changes in project scope or schedule, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and present progress reports, schedules, and forecasts to project management and stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation of schedule changes, delays, and mitigation measures taken.
