We are looking for a Part-Time TM to join our team and help us connect with customers, build relationships and drive bookings and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with leads provided by House of Leila
- Introduce customers to House of Leila's dining, events and experiences
- Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable offerings
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Follow up with leads and enquiries to drive bookings and conversions
- Achieve individual sales and performance targets
- Maintain proper records of customer follow-ups and sales activities
- Work independently while keeping the team updated on progress
- Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers
- Positive, proactive and sales-driven attitude
- Able to work independently and manage follow-ups effectively
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Sales, telemarketing, hospitality or customer-facing experience is an advantage
- No prior experience required — training and coaching will be provided
