Junior Assistant Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) to provide comprehensive support to Relationship Managers and clients across the wealth management lifecycle.
This role is ideal for a career ARM who enjoys client servicing, investment administration, and ensuring seamless execution of client transactions and onboarding processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, managing client documentation, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and supporting investment-related activities while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end support to Relationship Managers in servicing clients and addressing their investment-related needs.
- Assist with client onboarding, including assessment and verification of Accredited Investor (AI) status, KYC, AML, and due diligence requirements.
- Prepare, review, and manage client documentation, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Compliance, Custodians, and other stakeholders to facilitate account opening, investment transactions, and client requests.
- Ensure account maintenance documents are properly executed and submitted within stipulated timelines.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.
- Monitor outstanding client matters and conduct timely follow-ups to ensure efficient resolution and completion.
- Support trade execution and settlement processes where applicable.
- Assist in responding to client enquiries and delivering a high standard of client service.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and operational procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Premier Banking, External Asset Management, or a similar financial services environment.
- Proven experience in client servicing, investment support, account administration, or trade support functions.
- Good understanding of investment products, including equities, bonds, funds, structured products, and foreign exchange.
- Familiarity with client onboarding, KYC/AML requirements, and investment documentation processes.
- CACS Papers 1 & 2 or RES5 and CM-EIP certification is required.
- Only Singaporean / PR due to current workforce and business requirements
