Admin cum HR Executive

- Provide general administrative support including document management, filing, and data entry.
- Handle incoming phone calls, route them appropriately, and take messages.
- Coordinate procurement, maintenance, and renewal of office services and equipment (e.g., water filtration, cleaning services, transportation, etc.).
- Monitor and replenish pantry and stationery supplies.
- Prepare and distribute monthly food vouchers for eligible employees.
- Support payroll processing by verifying attendance and overtime records.
- Assist in the application, renewal, and cancellation of work passes.
- Liaise with dormitory vendors to address accommodation-related matters.
- Coordinate and administer training programs, including sourcing and registration.
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities and company events.
- Engage with staff at all levels to support the achievement of strategic goals.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management / Administration / Business Studies.
- Experience in an administrative or HR support role is a plus.
- Training provided for those without / with lesser experience.
