Brief Summary:
Join a dynamic team as a design professional, where you'll have the opportunity to contribute to various exciting projects through innovative design and effective collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and create designs using 3D modeling software.
- Collaborate with project teams and document discussions with clients, users, project managers, and authorities.
- Assist architects with feasibility studies, site assessments, and design preparation.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and consulting parties.
- Ensure compliance with codes and prepare necessary drawings for authority consultations.
- Participate in design development and project coordination with clients and other consultants.
- Support the team in preparing documents for tenders and quotations.
- Attend and document all meetings with contractors, consultants, and clients.
- Assist with timely responses to contractor submissions and clarifications.
- Document site progress and prepare and issue revised drawings for clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Accompany site teams and senior architects during site inspections and document observations.
- Assist architects in verifying works, addressing defects, and facilitating handover processes.
- Collaborate with the consultant team to ensure building plans meet all applicable standards.
- Learn and utilize necessary software to perform the above tasks effectively.
Requirements:
- Possess a qualification in Architecture.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the field.
