Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer and financial adviser enquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints via calls, emails, and case management channels.
- Provide timely and accurate assistance on policy-related matters and service requests.
- Guide customers on using online portals and mobile applications.
- Manage escalated enquiries professionally and work towards effective resolutions.
- Conduct outbound calls to welcome new customers and follow up on outstanding enquiries or requests.
- Monitor cases and ensure all requests and complaints are followed through to closure within established service standards.
- Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Support departmental administration, workflow improvements, and other assigned projects.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma qualification.
- Customer-focused with a strong passion for delivering excellent service.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in insurance or financial services, would be advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Good understanding of customer needs and the ability to manage escalated enquiries effectively.
- A proactive team player who is adaptable, willing to learn, and committed to continuous improvement.
