The candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Retail Banking clients by providing tailored financial solutions, building strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities across banking products and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses and provide tailored financial advisory & investment solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals.
- Build and strengthen relationships with new & existing customers by regularly sharing market updates, insights and financial products.
- Identify, engage, and follow up with individual prospects to generate new business opportunities.
- To ensure compliance with all regulations and controls as set by the Bank and external regulatory authorities.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Retail Banking or Insurance Industry (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Degree or min diploma in any discipline
- CMFAS certifications would be a bonus
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
