Application Support Analyst (Red Hat OpenShift, Solaris, Trading UI Platforms, AWS, ECS, RHEL)

Responsibilities:
- Support and troubleshoot applications running on AWS ECS and EC2 environments.
- Manage and support Red Hat OpenShift services and containerized applications.
- Perform Linux/RHEL and Solaris administration, troubleshooting, and operational support.
- Develop and maintain Unix Shell Scripts and Red Hat Ansible automation for application support.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production applications, including AWS applications and related operational issues.
- Support application environments with exposure to blockchain, digital asset trading, custody, and Trading UI platforms.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Application Support, with hands-on experience in AWS ECS and EC2.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience with Red Hat OpenShift and containerized application environments.
- Hands-on experience with Linux/RHEL, Solaris, and Unix Shell Scripting for administration and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of Red Hat Ansible for automation and operational support.
- Experience in supporting AWS applications in production environments.
- Strong exposure to blockchain, digital asset trading, custody, and Trading UI platforms is preferred.
