Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Start Date: 1 July 2026
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and support payment tracking with Finance
- Consolidate SLA/KPI reports and monitor service performance
- Maintain digital records, contracts, certifications, and audit documentation
- Coordinate staff attendance, training records, and compliance documentation
- Support facilities operations, transport and catering invoice administration
- Assist with card printing, events, and ad-hoc facilities-related duties
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in a Facilities Management environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage
- Experience with Facilities Management/Ticketing Systems is preferred
- Strong administrative, reporting, and coordination skills
