Job Description

- Position Title: Cost Estimator
- Working Location: MacPherson (near MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 Days. Monday – Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out technical selection based on project requirements and client specifications.
- Analyse project scope and develop detailed cost estimates and breakdowns.
- Liaise with clients to understand and clarify the requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams to support proposal development.
- Prepare and submit quotations and tender proposals accurately and on time.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend budget improvements.
- Track and update cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare reports and documentation using Excel, Word, and in-house systems.
- Support proposal progress and ensure timely, quality submissions.
- Provide analysis and insights to support business decisions.

- Minimum Nitec or Diploma holder.
- Preferably with experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Have knowledge with estimation software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, Excel) is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
