Responsibilities for Staff Nurse:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patients' care needs.
- Administer nursing care in accordance with doctors' orders, hospital policies, and professional standards.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety practices.
- Foster a safe, caring, and supportive environment for patients.
- Mentor and support junior nurses to encourage professional development and teamwork.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications for Staff Nurse:
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) licence.
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Able to work rotating 3-shift schedules.
