Responsibilities
- Responsible for requirement study, analysis, design, development and implementation
- Develop and maintain applications using RPG III, RPG IV, RPGLE, CLP, and SQLRPGLE .
- Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions on the IBM i (AS400) platform.
- Perform application enhancements, testing, debugging, and production support.
- Develop and optimize DB2/400 database queries and programs.
- Support interfaces, batch jobs, and system integrations.
- Strong knowledge of the AS400 Programming Languages which includes RPGLE, CLLE. CBLLE, CBL.
Skills/Requirement
- 5+ years of experience in AS400/IBM i development .
- Strong knowledge of RPGLE, CLLE, SQL, DB2/400, and Query/400 .
- Experience in application support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Should have experience in AS400 modernization projects.
- Should have experience in ATM, Banking, Payment, or Financial Services domain experience.
- Knowledge of EMV, NDC/DDC messaging, Visa, MasterCard, or UPI integrations .
