We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Singapore, specifically in the West Region. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time, on-site position suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience.

1. Assist in general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
2. Maintain and organize office records, documents, and correspondence.
3. Prepare, check, and format billing, shipping documents, and management reports accurately and on time.
4. Utilize Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word, to create reports and presentations.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
6. Exercise critical thinking skills to solve problems and address inquiries effectively.
