Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team, solve problems, and enforce company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations and monitor the performance of workers to ensure productivity.
- Assign tasks to team members and ensure they are completed on time and to the required standard.
- Train and guide workers to improve their skills and meet job requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor work quality and perform quality control checks.
- Resolve conflicts between team members and address any performance issues.
- Communicate effectively with management, providing updates and reporting issues as they arise.
- Manage schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during shifts.
- Ensure proper use of equipment and tools, and organize ,maintenance when necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems.
- Basic computer skills (for reporting, scheduling,etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the specific industry (construction).
- Certification in safety management or relevant qualifications.
