Project M&E Coordinator
JES ONE (M&E) PTE LTD is expanding, and we are looking for a motivated and responsible Project M&E Coordinator to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise M&E works at project sites.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure works are carried out according to schedule and quality requirements.
- Prepare and submit project documentation, reports, shop drawings, and work schedules.
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with all relevant parties.
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, execution, and project completion.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company procedures.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and site activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in M&E or construction projects.
- Experience in chilled water piping projects will be an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (preferred).
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
