Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts from tender through project completion.
- Review contract terms and manage commercial requirements.
- Handle variations, claims, EOTs, and contractual matters.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project costs, payments, and commercial performance.
- Identify contractual risks and provide mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
