Job Description
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Construction Operative to support daily construction activities at project sites. The successful candidate will assist in general construction works, ensure a safe working environment, and work closely with supervisors and other site personnel to complete assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general construction and manual labour works at construction sites.
- Load, unload, transport, and arrange construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist skilled workers with construction, installation, repair, and maintenance activities.
- Carry out site preparation, cleaning, and housekeeping duties.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely.
- Follow instructions from the Site Supervisor or Foreman.
- Comply with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform other site-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Physically fit and able to perform manual work in a construction environment.
- Willing to work outdoors and at different project locations.
- Able to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
- Responsible, punctual, and a good team player.
- Previous construction experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
