Responsibilities:
- Reply to customer queries & aid in drafting sales proposals.
- Process orders accurately and promptly.
- Manage delivery arrangements with clients.
- Help create promotional materials for events and conferences.
- Manage project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Track project advancement and address any arising issues.
- Compile and update detailed project documentation, plans, and reports.
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
