Project Admin Executive (Construction) - 5days | West | ERP System

Working Days & Hour: 5 days, Mon- Thur (8am-5:30pm), Fri (8am-4:30pm)
Location: Gul Drive (west area) | Transport Provided
Salary: Basic $2800 - $3500
Key Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing construction projects.
Coordinate with the Operations, Sales & Marketing and Accounts teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Process customer purchase orders, delivery orders, return forms and other project-related documents.
Coordinate equipment testing, maintenance and delivery arrangements with internal teams, customers and vendors.
Liaise with customers to respond to enquiries, provide clarifications and follow up on project-related matters.
Prepare tax invoices, progress claims and statements of accounts, and follow up with customers on outstanding payments and final accounts.
Liaise with vendors and verify vendor invoices against completed work before submitting them to the Accounts Department for payment.
Maintain and update project, equipment, inventory and financial records.
Assist with asset and inventory reconciliation and prepare monthly reports for Management.
Use the ERP system to process daily transactions and support system implementation and improvements.
Maintain proper documentation and records for ISO and annual accounting audits.
Ensure all administrative and operational processes comply with company policies, government regulations and ISO standards.
Perform other project-related administrative duties as assigned.

Relevant experience with ERP system and in construction industry will be an advantage
