Service & Parts Admin (1 year Contract renewable) TJTL

Job Scope

• Handle invoicing and administrative documentation for the Service & Parts team.
• Process and monitor Repair Orders (ROs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
• Prepare and submit tender documents.
• Monitor work progress and prepare reports.
• Assist with payment tracking, freight charges and invoice submissions.
• Arrange meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Provide general administrative support and handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of administrative experience .
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to commit to a 1-year contract and work alternate Saturdays.
