Job Scope
- Provide in-person support to customers, addressing their queries, issues, and transactions.
- You will be responsible for delivering accurate information, resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
- Willingness to take on various tasks and adjust to changing work demands.
Requirements
- Good Communication Skills
- Active listening
- Ability to provide positive customer experience while maintaining professionalism, even in difficult or high-pressure situations
- Candidates must be able and willing to stand for extended periods throughout the working hours.
Working arrangement:
- Monday – Thursday: 8.15am – 5.45 pm, Friday: 8.30 am – 5.30pm
- Location: Jurong
- Contract Duration: till end July (extendable based on business needs - long term)
