Job Summary
We are seeking a Design Engineer to design Good Class Bungalow (GCB) projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead civil and structural design for Good Class Bungalow and landed residential projects to fulfill client specifications and regulatory requirements
- Prepare detailed engineering calculations, technical drawings, and submissions to secure project approvals from authorities
- Utilize AutoCAD and relevant design software to produce accurate design documentation and plans
- Ensure all designs comply with Singapore’s building codes and regulations
- Manage project tasks independently, demonstrating accountability and proactive problem-solving
- Apply IT skills to support design and documentation workflows effectively
- Demonstrate commitment to delivering high-quality residential designs that meet client expectations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working on bungalow or Good Class Bungalow projects, contributing to design and delivery excellence
