About Us: We are a small but growing construction and renovation company specializing in residential, commercial, and industrial projects, including A&A works, renovation, HIP projects, and repair and maintenance. We are looking for a reliable and well-rounded Part-Time IT Support who is responsible, detail-oriented, and experienced in supporting the IT operations. You will assist with basic office PCs setup and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, maintain and troubleshoot office network systems (e.g., shared folders and access hierarchy)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues for staff
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot email systems (e.g., Microsoft Outlook)
- Assist with updating, maintaining and troubleshooting the company website
Work Arrangement:
- Flexible; support required on an ad-hoc basis (may not be required every month)
Requirements:
- Knowledge of and experienced with small office networking and IT troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook setup and support
- Hands-on experience with WordPress website maintenance, including plugins and troubleshooting etc
- Basic understanding of domain management and hosting environments (e.g., DNS settings, domain linking)
- Minimum 3 years and above of relevant working and hands-on experience preferred
