Position: Logistics Coordinator (ID6114)
Salary: Up to $3,500
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 9AM–6PM
Location: Jurong East
• Coordinate daily logistics and delivery operations to ensure smooth and timely shipments
• Arrange transport schedules and liaise with drivers & 3PL providers
• Prepare shipping documents (DO, invoices, packing lists, etc.)
• Monitor inventory and update stock records accurately
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on delivery status
• Handle order processing and delivery arrangements
• Resolve delivery issues or discrepancies promptly
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures
• Support general admin and logistics duties as assigned
