Our Management Trainee Programme is designed for individuals who want to build practical experience before progressing into leadership.
You will begin with the foundation of our business: face-to-face sales and customer engagement. Through hands-on campaigns, structured training and personal mentorship, you will learn how to represent established brands, understand customer behaviour and achieve business objectives.
As you demonstrate consistency, adaptability and leadership readiness, you may progress into coaching, campaign management, recruitment and team development.
Your Development Journey
Phase 1: Sales and Customer Engagement
Represent established brands at events and roadshows
Engage customers and understand their needs
Recommend suitable products or services
Support customer acquisition and brand-awareness objectives
Develop communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Work with the team to achieve campaign targets
Phase 2: Coaching and Team Development
With consistent performance, you may take on opportunities to:
Guide and support newer team members
Conduct product and campaign sharing
Develop coaching and people-management skills
Support team performance and daily activities
Lead through personal example
Phase 3: Campaign and Business Management
As you demonstrate leadership readiness, you may gain exposure to:
Campaign planning and coordination
Recruitment and onboarding
Team performance management
Client and campaign objectives
Local and regional business expansion

This programme begins with frontline sales and customer engagement. Progression into leadership and management responsibilities is based on performance, consistency, adaptability and readiness.
