WEASSURE COVERAGE PTE. LTD.
We are looking for a responsible and dedicated candidate to support our general insurance policies agency’s Claims administrative and renewal business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle general insurance administrative duties and documentation and renewal .
Assist with medical insurance policy processing and claims administration.
Perform data entry, maintain accurate records, and provide customer service support.
Coordinate with insurers and clients on policy and claims-related matters.
Requirements:
Prefer with Insurance Certification BCP, PGI .CGI And HI
Prior experience in medical insurance processing and claims administration will be an advantage.
Positive attitude, good communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
Willing to learn and adapt to new processes.
