About the Company
Our client is a boutique, Singapore-based creative agency known for social-first campaign work across a mix of consumer brands — FMCG, beauty and F&B among them. It's a small, close-knit team where the work moves fast and ideas come first; Account Managers here work hands-on across the social and content pipeline rather than sitting in a large, siloed structure. The Role
The Account Manager sits at the centre of client relationships and delivery — owning day-to-day communication, steering campaigns from concept to execution, and keeping the team running on process, timeline and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the daily point of contact for clients — keeping communication smooth, expectations clear, and relationships strong. Lead proposals, pitches and the occasional difficult conversation.
- Establish effective ways of working — audits, analytics reporting, proposals and workflows that keep the team running smoothly.
- Partner with planners and creatives to turn campaign concepts into real executions across design, animation, video and more.
- Stay ahead of shifts across social and digital platforms, translating trends into guidance for clients and the internal team.
- Support clients with community management and response escalations, keeping brand voice consistent everywhere.
- Balance timelines, budget and scope — spotting and flagging out-of-scope requests fairly.
- Coordinate across internal teams, clients and external partners to keep everything on schedule.
What We're Looking For
- Consistent follow-through and strong attention to deadlines
- Genuine ownership when issues arise, rather than deflecting
- Openness to direct feedback and visible action on it
- Constructive communication under pressure
- A strong collaborator within a team environment
- At least one continuous 2-year stint at an advertising, creative, social or digital agency, ideally within the past five years
- Willingness to provide professional references (including a recent direct manager) at a later stage of the process
