Set in 15 acres of lush greenery just minutes from the vibrant Orchard Road shopping belt, the Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore is a tranquil, sophisticated urban retreat whether travelling for business or leisure. It features 792 luxurious guestrooms and suites across three distinct wings, which include unique family-themed rooms, supported by a host of dedicated family-focused amenities.
We are looking for Room Attendant to join our team! The incumbent may be placed at Valley Wing or the Serviced Apartment/Residences.
Key Responsibilities
- Dusting and wiping all surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and windows.
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms (toilets, showers, sinks, mirrors).
- Replenishing toiletries, towels, and other supplies.
- Emptying trash bins in rooms and bathrooms.
- Ensuring rooms are properly set up before check-in (e.g., arranging amenities, ensuring lights and air-conditioning work, etc.).
- Reporting any damages or maintenance needs (like broken furniture, plumbing issues) to management.
- Keeping the hotel lobby, hallways, and other public spaces clean and presentable.
Key Requirements
- At least 1 year's working experience under the housekeeping department within the hospitality industry.
