Job Description
- Answer incoming phone calls and handle enquiries.
- Attend to students, parents, visitors and deliveries.
- Perform general counter duties.
- Assist with data entry, filing and photocopying.
- Carry out other duties assigned by school management
Requirements
- Minimum secondary school education.
- Preferably have experience in a school office environment.
- Preferably bilingual in English and Mandarin(speaking, reading and writing).
- Pleasant and mature disposition.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
