What You'll Be Doing
- Sourcing and identifying candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and headhunting activities.
- Conducting candidate interviews and assessing suitability for various opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Understanding clients' hiring needs and matching suitable talent to open positions.
- Coordinating interviews and managing the recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage.
- Providing career advice and guidance to candidates throughout their job search journey.
- Supporting business development activities and identifying opportunities with prospective clients.
- Keeping up to date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry hiring activities.
