We’re searching for an Associate Engineer to be part of our Etch department diverse team of talent.
What you will be working on:
- To assist engineers to develop, sustain and improve process capability indices to meet operations goals
- Perform shift duties to support the running of Production in the module and ensure that process integrity for machines is in place for production
- Assist engineers in the qualification and fine tuning of processes for production
- Trouble-shoot process related issues and minimize the time lots on hold
- Create job-files for metrology tools for production set-up, and housekeeping of files
- Monitor and improve on the qualified process using SPC and other statistical tools
- Assist in implementing process improvement projects
- Maintain a good audit system for ISO requirements, internal and QA audit on process documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement programs to improve productivity and output quality of the module
More About You:
- Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical/ Microelectronics/ Chemical Process Technology or equivalent preferred
- Candidates without experience are also welcome to apply
- Basic engineering knowledge, which may include semiconductor devices theory, electronics, electrical/ pneumatic/ hydraulic control system, digital principle, wafer fabrication processes, pump and vacuum system and electrical wiring system
- Good Team Player
- Good Problem-Solving skills
