Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Service Crew to deliver excellent dining experiences by providing friendly, efficient, and professional service to our guests. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, enjoy interacting with customers, and be committed to maintaining high service standards.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience by responding to their needs and requests efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and restaurant premises.
- Prepare tables before service and clear tables after guests have finished dining.
- Assist with setting up and closing the restaurant according to operational procedures.
- Promote menu items, daily specials, and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and sales.
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally, escalating issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company service standards.
- Support the team in daily restaurant operations and perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Competencies and Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is preferred.
- Prior experience in the F&B industry is an advantage but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a strong customer service mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Willing to perform additional duties as assigned.
