Job Responsibilities
Photography & Visual Design
- Plan and execute end-to-end product photoshoots, applying strong lighting, composition, and camera techniques to produce high-quality, consistent imagery for use across multiple platforms (social media, website, campaigns) and purposes.
- Design graphic assets such as social media visuals, banners, and campaign materials, ensuring designs are native to each platform's format and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Shoot and edit short-form video content for TikTok and other social platforms, including basic filming and editing.
Digital Asset Production & Management
- Maintain a systematic and accessible digital asset library for use by the design team, regional teams, and marketing functions.
- Resize and adapt creative assets efficiently across multiple formats and platform specifications.
- Keep up to date with digital design trends, platform-specific best practices, and evolving social media visual formats.
- Utilize AI-powered image and video generation tools to accelerate ideation, mockups, and asset production where appropriate.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with the Multimedia Content lead, taking direction on content priorities and production workflows.
- Collaborate with the Content Marketing team to fulfil creative requirements.
- Perform other design tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in product photography and digital design.
- Understanding of product photography, lighting setups, and basic camera operation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro.
- Good understanding of digital platform specifications for social media, web, and email.
- Well-versed in typography with a good eye for colour and composition.
- Detail-oriented and efficient in managing multiple asset deliverables simultaneously.
- Collaborative team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut) for short-form social content.
- Familiarity with AI-powered image and video generation tools.
- Portfolio showcasing both photography and graphic design work should be submitted.
