Job Description:
- Accountable for achieving new business and renewal sales targets
- Track, analyse and optimise sales performance against targets through effective pipeline and conversion management
- Implement tactical initiatives to drive revenue growth and improve conversion rates
- Execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives to maximise revenue and productivity
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Leverage data and insights to drive continuous optimisation of sales effectiveness
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team performance goals
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, call reviews and performance discussions
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative and accountable team culture
Requirements:
- Minimum experience in leading a team of insurance sales force
- Proven track records of achieving KPIs
- Effective coaching
- Growth strategies
